1. How can I cancel an order?

After the order is paid successfully, the user can check the order status in the account order details.

If the order has not been packed for shipment, you can cancel the order in the account order details.

After the order is cancelled, the payment will be refunded to your payment account in full within 1-2 business days.

The exact refund time depends on your payment method.

2. Return Expiration Date

Our returns are valid until 7 natural days after the flash drive arrives.

If you have received the flash drive for more than 7 natural days, we will not be able to provide you with a return or exchange service.

Brand new products purchased on our website that do not affect secondary sales. 

Returns can be returned by contacting customer service within the validity period of the return.(returns will not be accepted for products damaged due to man-made and external reasons, etc.) 

For returns due to defective/damaged/missing items/wrong items, the shipping fee will be borne by Storage-j.com.

If there is no product quality problem, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

3. What if the flash drive is damaged in transit?

We regret that you did not receive the flash drive intact, please contact us to [email protected], we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

4. Under what circumstances can I return the flash drive?

Returns can be made after the return request is confirmed.

The flash drive must be in new condition.

Flash drive must include the original packaging.

If the flash drive does not meet the above requirements, the return may be refused.

If there is no product quality issue, due to the customer’s personal reasons, such as not liking/wrong color etc., the return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.

5. How do I return an item?

To return an item, please contact us at [email protected] prior to returning the item, stating the reason for the return and providing an invoice or picture to confirm the order number.

Once the return request is confirmed, please return the flash drive to the return address.

6.How are returns packaged?

Please return our USB flash drive products in the original packaging when returning to ensure that the flash drive is not easily broken during transportation.

We will check the flash drive carefully after receiving the courier and if there is no damage to the flash drive, we will arrange a refund for you.

7.What if the returned flash drive is damaged in transit?

Returned flash drive must be brand new and not affect secondary sales at the time of return, if not, please forgive us for we will not arrange a return for you.

If the flash drive is damaged or lost during the return shipping process, please contact the courier company to make a claim.

8. How do I get a refund?

Once the returned flash drive arrives at Storage-j.com’s warehouse and is successfully inspected, the refund process will begin.

The refund amount will be returned to your payment account within 1-2 business days.

9. Delayed or lost refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 2 business days, please check your payment account again first.

Then contact your account company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially issued.
